Allyson Doerflinger, DVM
Dr. Allyson Doerflinger began working at Bay View Veterinary Clinic in 2004. She grew up in Burlington, Wisconsin and just recently moved back! Dr. Allyson, along with her husband, Dave, and their son David, welcomed a Korean foreign exchange student, Hyo Bjeong (Lily) to their family. The furry portion of their family includes a Puggle, a Boston Terrier, and two Domestic Shorthair cats. Dr. Allyson attended the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, before obtaining her veterinary degree in 1992. She has practiced in various locations before settling down at Bay View Veterinary Clinic.
In her spare time, Dr. Allyson focuses on her family. She enjoys spending time boxing, bike riding and walking dogs, along with other fitness endeavors. Occasionally, you’ll see her taking a Bichon Little Buddies Rescue dog for a walk! She also pays it forward by volunteering at community meals and food packs and doing missions work.
Marnie Gamm, DVM
Dr. Marnie Gamm has worked as a veterinarian at Bay View Veterinary Clinic since 2016. She is from the Lake Geneva, WI area. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2005. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Gamm moved back to Wisconsin and practiced mixed-animal veterinary medicine at a practice in Burlington, WI.
Dr. Gamm completed her certification in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy from the Healing Oasis in 2011 and Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute in 2017. Dr. Gamm enjoys all aspects of pet health care from young wellness appointments, dental health, surgery, medicine, and helping senior pets maintain valued quality of life. She currently resides in East Troy, WI with her husband Doug, two horses, three dogs, and three cats. Dr. Gamm enjoys horse sports, swimming, walking her dogs, and gardening.
Kari Vogel, DVM
Dr. Kari Vogel is a Wisconsin girl through and through. She grew up in southeastern Wisconsin, attended undergraduate school at Carroll College (now Carroll University) and graduated from veterinary school at UW-Madison in 2010. She spent the last 8 years working with a mix of animals, primarily horses. Early in her career, she developed an interest in alternative medicine and earned her certification in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (VSMT). Dr. Vogel’s other interests include preventative medicine, pain management and dentistry. Helping pets with dental disease become pain free through routine dentistry is something she is very passionate about.
Dr. Vogel is starting a new chapter in her life as she joins Bay View. She and her husband have a two-year-old daughter, Kinsley. They live in Ixonia with their yellow lab, Mack and cat, Grazie. She also has a horse, Charlie who is 35 years old! When she is not helping improve the lives of animals, she enjoys just about every outdoor activity including running, gardening, horseback riding, swimming and boating. She also enjoys baking and scrapbooking. Dr. Vogel is thrilled to be joining Bay View Veterinary Clinic and can’t wait to meet your pets!
